Fuzzman & The Singing Rebels unplugged. Real Songs with “false” Voices.

The extravagant guitarist, songwriter and music producer Herwig Zamernik alias “Fuzzman” is considered a cult figure of the local underground and indie scene. He became known as band leader of “Naked Lunch” in the 1990s. He creates anarchist hits and his songs are characterized by original lyrics, such as “For a handful grass”, “Death bells sound different” or “Hands away from everything”. He wrote music for plays and happenings, experimented with vocal clubs and performed with walking concerts and guerrilla walks. In 2020 he curates the Vienna Pop Festival.

What the poetry slam was in the past years will be expanded to the Poetry Festival in 2020. Ten young slammers face the audience jury, and the oldies show what they still can. What do they mean by the motto “moving out” and what is the illusion of a new beginning? Can it really exist and how?
